Discussion
This computes the nonlinear flux that results from a subset of flow constituents. The masks are applied to the coefficients Ap,Am,A0 before computing the nonlinear flux, \(\vec{u} \cdot \nabla \vec{u}\). This function calls -nonlinearFluxWithGradientMasks.
